Natural Heritage Details: Mature conifers; semi-natural grassland; overgrown with brambles and briars; lichen and moss on headstones and walls; ivy on the trees.
Description: The site is located in the village of Kilcock south of the modern church. The graveyard is marked on the OS 25 inch map (1897-1913). Most of the headstones are upright with several leaning. The ground level of the graveyard is higher than the path level. The boundary wall height is about 2 metres. The path is laid with gravel but is considerably overgrown. The tress and vegetation are having a negative impact on some of the gravemarkers causing them to lean and fall over.
Appraisal: The site is of considerable archaeological and historic interest. No remains of the church survive above the ground surface though its location can be just about discerned in the centre of the graveyard. The graveyard contains various cut-stone grave markers from the 18th-20th centuries, which are of artistic and historic interest. The earliest headstone dates to 1704.
